1 General Provisions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement applicable to the use of the sa333 platform ("Platform"). These Terms are effective between sa333 ("we", "Company") and the user of the platform ("you", "Member").

• A correct full name must be provided.
• An active and valid email address is required.
• National ID card or passport details may be requested for identity verification.

2.4 Verification Process

sa333 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. This is done as part of compliance with security and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If the requested documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (email, password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Accepting the bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x), meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• The bonus may only be claimed once.
• The bonus cannot be used together with other promotional offers.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may only apply to specific games.
• If a withdrawal is made without fulfilling the bonus terms, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• sa333 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

sa333 offers three VIP tiers. Members can be promoted to a higher tier based on regular activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

The detailed terms of VIP benefits and cashback are determined by sa333 and may be changed as needed.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system, such as arbitrage betting or collecting bonuses using multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all related bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities conducted on sa333 are governed by the following general rules:

• Each game has its own rules, which should be read before playing.
• If the result of any game is uncertain due to a technical error, sa333 reserves the right to cancel that game.
• sa333 will not be held responsible for any bet lost due to an internet connection failure.

7 Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sa333 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using a false or another person's identity.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting game system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or deceiving other members of the platform.
• Impersonating sa333 staff.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

sa333 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to cooperate with account verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• At the member's own request.

Any pending bonuses or promotional credits at the time of account closure will be cancelled. The decision on returning any legitimate cash balance will be made based on the relevant circumstances.

9 Limitation of Liability

sa333 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, if caused by your own negligence.
• Failure to play a game or complete a transaction due to an internet connection failure or technical issue.
• Disruption or delay in services from third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Any financial losses arising from gaming.

sa333's total liability shall in no case exceed the actual cash balance in the member's account.
